Terms & Conditions

1.Booking & Confirmation

All safari bookings must be made online through our secure booking system. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your official ticket for the safari. Please ensure all details in your confirmation are correct and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

2.Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

3.Cancellations & Refunds

•If you cancel at least 48 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

•If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be issued unless cancellation is due to severe weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances.

•In the case of unforeseen events such as extreme weather, we may reschedule the safari or provide an alternative experience where possible.

4.Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary visa(s), local currency, and health documentation required for the safari. Some countries require proof of vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever), and travelers should check their specific requirements well in advance. Travel & Safari Tours is not responsible for any denied entries, health-related issues, or financial access problems during your journey.

5.Liability & Safety

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, Travel & Safari Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or illness that may occur during the safari. Clients are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal accidents, and trip cancellations.

6.Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions, weather, or operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.
